Another hotel operation has been completed. The private equity fund Zetland Capital has closed the purchase of the Hotel Don Juan Center, in Lloret de Mar; as confirmed exclusively by Brainsre.news.
The Hotel Don Juan Center has more than 200 rooms. The asset is located 450 meters from the old centre of the Catalan town and 550 meters from the main beach.
