Xior, the company specialising in student accommodation is going to promote its second hall of residence in Spain. The company has chosen Granada to invest a total of 26.25 million euros in an at-risk development.
The new hall of residence will have 310 beds, each with a private bathroom, as well as common areas. The property will be operational from 2025.
