Xior has taken an important step in its international expansion. The company specializing in student accommodation has announced the acquisition of a portfolio comprising 11 residences for a total of 939 million euros. All of the assets are operated by Basecamp.
This unique portfolio consists of 5,341 beds spread over 11 state-of-the-art newly built assets (8 operational and 3 projects under development). The operation represents the entry of the company into Germany, Denmark and Sweden, and the acceleration of its growth in Poland.
