But who are the new logistics owners in Spain? On the one hand, there are large international companies and funds such as Aquila, Patrizia, Batipart, Invesco, and Segro, which have all acquired logistics assets and land in Spain in just a month and a half.
On the other hand, operators such as Amazon, Mercadona, UPS and Correos have all undertaken investments to improve their facilities in the country.
