During 2021, 71,595 new homes are expected to be completed in Spain. Of those, more than 16,000 will be located in Madrid with another 8,600 in the province of Barcelona. But beyond the large capital cities, where will the rest of the new homes be concentrated?
According to data from the real estate big data platform Brainsre, 2,485 units are expected to be delivered in the Balearic Islands, distributed across 219 developments.
