White Investing RE has sold the first coliving property to be developed in Valencia to the French group Batipart. The asset will be operated by the building manager Urban Campus. The operation consists of a turnkey purchase and the delivery date is scheduled for the second quarter of 2023.
The building is located on Calle Guillem de Anglesola, very close to the city’s university area. It comprises 41 rooms, with kitchens, bathrooms and various common areas such as a gym, coworking space and terrace.
