The average price of a home for sale in Spain currently stands at 1,966 euros per square metre, which represents a rise of 5.3% in interannual terms, according to data from the real estate big data platform Brainsre. For their part, new build homes now cost an average €2,643/m2, whilst second-hand homes cost €1,960/m2, on average.
