The spokespersons for the consulting firms CBRE, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Gesvalt, JLL, Knight Frank, Savills Aguirre Newman and the ‘Big Four’ (Deloitte, EY, KPMG and PwC), as well as for the appraisal company Tecnitasa reveal to Brainsre.news how they expect the real estate investment market to perform in Spain in 2022.
Joaquín Linares, Partner in Financial Advisory at Deloitte
“This year, we foresee a stabilization in the volume of real estate investment with levels similar to those seen in 2021. We expect the forecasts for economic growth during 2022 to be revised downwards, with greater uncertainty caused by political tensions and high levels of inflation due to rising energy prices. Nevertheless, the vaccines should help protect us against new mutations of the virus”.
