
The real estate company Vía Célere has reached an agreement with its lender banks to refinance a loan amounting to 193 million euros, whereby extending its maturity for one year. In addition, the MARF has admitted for trading the property developer’s promissory note program with a maximum outstanding balance of 100 million euros.
The Madrilenian property developer has made its debut on the BME market with this program. It will be able to place its promissory notes, which have maturities of between 3 days and 2 years and nominal unitary amounts of 100,000 euros, with qualifying investors in a flexible way, over the next twelve months.
