Vía Célere obtained a net profit of 62 million euros in 2021, up by 24% compared to the previous year, as reported by the residential property developer on Monday.
Specifically, the company achieved an EBITDA of 90.5 million euros, which represents a margin of 15.5%, equivalent to an improvement of 240 basis points compared to 2020, and revenues of 582 million euros.
