In the latest round of real estate results, the reserve capacity of property developers’ housing stock to withstand the years 2023 and 2024 is significant and the results for 2022, so far, at least until October, have not shown too many signs of a slowdown. Although of course, earning 62.5% more than during the same period a year earlier, as Vía Célere has just announced, does not hurt either. And if you already have 87% of the units for 2023 pre-sold, then the outlook in terms of what investors can expect is bright.
Specifically, during the first nine months of the year, Vía Célere obtained a net profit of 42.5 million euros and also increased its adjusted EBITDA by 46.4% to reach 71.2 million euros. In total, the property developer generated revenues of 383.2 million euros, as reported by the company.
