Clínicas Vericat has signed the lease on a property that is going to be its new training centre in Madrid. The premises span an approximate area of 1,400 square metres and the consulting firm TC Gabinete Inmobiliario has advised on the operation.
The premises are located on Calle Reina Victoria 7 in the Chamberí neighbourhood (Madrid). The building used to house the old San Antonio de Padua Market and, until a few days ago, was occupied by Madrid City Council. It is located opposite a plot where a 443 home residential project is going to be built called Residencial Metropolitan.
