The Socimi Vbare has announced that during the first quarter of the year, it obtained a profit of 0.5 million euros (0.14 euros per share), mainly driven by a revaluation of its portfolio, its high occupancy rates, as well as an increase in the income from its assets.
The company closed the first quarter of 2022 with an occupancy rate of 95.9%, up by 19% compared to the same quarter in 2021.
