A holding group of investment funds, advised by Pictet Alternative Advisors, have acquired the Hotel Kimpton Aysla Mallorca, in an operation advised by Colliers.
The hotel complex, which is still under construction, will occupy a plot spanning 21,840 square meters in a natural environment, next to the Santa Ponsa Golf Club and Santa Ponsa Tennis Club. It will have 79 five-star suites, according to a statement issued by the company.
