Värde Partners, a firm known in Spain above all for its residential investments, as well as for its stake in the office Socimi La Finca, has reached an agreement with DWS for the sale of the turnkey One Parc Central office development in Barcelona for 128 million euros.
The sale of the turnkey project has been agreed through Dospuntos Asset Management, a real estate company and asset manager based in Spain and controlled by Värde. The firm was incorporated in December 2017 following its spin-off from the residential property developer Vía Célere.
