The fund Värde Partners, through Dospuntos Asset Management, has invested 50 million euros in the development of a new office building in Barcelona’s 22@ district, according to Expansión.
The new office complex will span 23,000 square meters spread over 12 floors. Designed by the Batlle i Roig architecture studio, it will have Leed Gold, Well Gold and WiredScore Gold certifications. The property is expected to be operational from 2024.
