The Socimi owned by the real estate investment fund Patron Capital is expanding its portfolio in the Levante area. Vandor has bought part of a building from Sareb to open its fourth coliving space in the Valencian capital. The firm, which already owns three other assets in Valencia, is continuing to grow its collection of properties in the context of its national expansion plan, through which it plans to invest between 30 and 40 million euros in Valencia over the next two years, according to Valencia Plaza.
The property acquired spans 1,335 square metres and Vandor intends to renovate and adapt it to create 40 rooms in a new coliving space for the city. The target market that the company focuses on is essentially young professionals, digital nomads and students interested in stays lasting between one and eleven months.
