Urbas Grupo Financiero announced Tuesday its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Ecisa Compañía General de Construcciones.
In a statement sent to the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), the developer stated that it had acquired 100% of the Alicante construction company Ecisa on March 14, which had been owned by the Qatari fund Al Alfia Holding. The agreement had initially been for just 51% of the company.
Ecisa, with more than 50 years of experience in the construction sector, is a leading company in high-rise construction. With a construction portfolio of more than 125 million euros, the Alicante-based company is currently executing residential, singular and public works projects, mainly in the regions of Madrid and Valencia.
