Urbas is going one step further in its strategy. The listed company has acquired the production unit of the Ingeser Group, which has more than 45 years of experience in fields such as engineering, architecture, consultancy, renewable energy and digitization. As a result, Urbas will take ownership of all the assets, property, rights and elements linked to the Ingeser business.
The diverse portfolio includes the more than 120 projects currently underway – corresponding to an investment of more than 250 million euros – and the contracts have been signed with some of the largest companies in the agri-food, logistics, pharmaceutical, chemical and architecture sector.
