The average price per square metre of urban land amounted to 142.1 euros in the last quarter of 2020, down by 9.7% compared to the same period in 2019, and up by 3.4% compared to the previous quarter, according to the Land Price Statistics published by the Ministry for Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda.
On the other hand, in municipalities with more than 50,000 inhabitants, the average price per square metre fell by 12.6% to 245.1 euros, according to Europa Press.
