Batipart, a French investment group, is behind the purchase from the Socimi Galil Capital RE Spain of a portfolio of three properties in Madrid and Barcelona for around 18 million euros. The three residential buildings are going to be operated by Urban Campus, a company specialising in new generation housing options.
The properties are located in the most popular areas of Madrid and Barcelona (Calle Béjar, in Madrid and Calle Bretón de los Herreros and Aulestia i Pijoan 4-6 in Barcelona). The building in Madrid, which has a surface area of 2,040 square metres, consists of 21 apartments and 3 commercial premises, whilst the two buildings located in Barcelona have a combined surface area of 2,200 square metres and comprise 22 homes and 6 commercial premises.
