The hotel was built in the 1950s and is a classic property on the Mallorcan landscape. It stands out thanks to its beachfront location and extraordinary views of the sea. The chain plans to carry out a renovation of the asset, which it estimates will cost between 5 and 6 million euros. The work will take place next winter and will update the design and facilities of the hotel to bring them up to the standard of Universal Beach Hotels in terms of brand and quality.
