The transport company TXT has sold a warehouse in Guadalajara to a Spanish family office, as reported on Thursday by the real estate logistics consultancy ProEquity, which has advised the seller on the operation.
Through this transaction, which has also been supported by Trier Capital, the new owner has acquired a constructed area of 4,016 square metres in the municipality of Cabanillas del Campo, on an independent plot spanning 10,000 square metres. Specifically, the warehouse is located on the SI-20 industrial estate, in the Corredor del Henares.
