Property developer and manager Top Gestión Madrid is continuing to expand its portfolio of land, with new developments both on the Costa del Sol and in other locations in Spain, according to Óscar Presa, the company’s managing director, in an interview with Brainsre.news.
Mr Presa stated that the group «has excellent prospects for growth and opportunities, with very interesting projects in the coming years.» In addition, the executive noted that «we hope to continue [our] elevated pace of construction, [allowing us to deliver many homes.»
Currently, Top Gestión, co-founded by Mr Presa and María Emilia Alarcón in 2013, has more than 1,000 homes under development and enough land in its portfolio for another 3,000 units and a turnover of more than one billion million euros.
