Thor Private Equity Spain is going to develop a General Hospital and a nursing home in Tarragona, involving an estimated investment of 60 million euros.
The complex will have a constructed surface area of 30,000 square meters. Construction of the new asset will begin at the end of this year or the beginning of 2023 and the site will be operational from 2025.
