
Madrid City Council, through its Urban Development department, has given four plots of land to the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS) free of charge for the construction of protected rental housing.
The transfer was made official on Wednesday with the signing of an agreement between Mariano Fuentes, Head of the Urban Development Department; Álvaro González, delegate councillor for Housing and President of the EMVS; and Diego Lozano, CEO of the EMVS. The public company has committed to building the homes within a period of five years.
