1. Stoneweg sells the Coca-Cola bottling plant in Madrid to Thor to make a ‘data centre’
At the end of October, Stoneweg, the real estate investment advisory company, completed the sale of some land on the Niño del Remedio Industrial Estate, where the Coca-Cola bottling plant used to be located.
The buyer was the investment fund Thor Equities, which paid a total of 600 million euros for the plots. Together, they span a surface area of 211,000 square metres and will soon be home to ‘Madrid One’, a giant data centre that is under construction.

2. Culmia buys 16 residential plots in Pozuelo in a record investment
At the beginning of March, the promoter Culmia bought 16 plots of residential land in Pozuelo de Alarcón, in Madrid. The property developer Oaktree is going to build 1,050 homes on the site, with a total investment to develop the homes that will exceed 350 million euros.
The acquired land spans a buildable area of 105,000 square metres. Culmia already owns 18% of the Pozuelo Oeste Distribution Area development, which will comprise 5,500 homes in total. The firm is planning to develop 16 promotions distributed across buildings with up to 4-storeys as well as single-family homes.
