
The real estate sector on the Costa del Sol is heading into the last quarter of the year in the midst of a slow recovery, with many questions on the horizon. It seems that the pace of the residential market will go hand in hand with the evolution of prices.
In this sense, according to forecasts from Barnes Marbella, house prices on the Málagan coast will remain stable until the end of the year due to both the strength of demand, from home and abroad, and the steadfastness of supply, given that, for the time being, at least, sellers are not willing to accept substantial reductions in asking prices.
