During 2020, Quid Pro Quo (QPQ), the Socimi owned by Alquiler Seguro, continued the process of consolidating its portfolio, to close 31 December 2020 with a total of 148 properties. Its objective is to increase the size of its asset portfolio, from its current volume of 16 million euros to 50 million euros.
The rental income generated by the company specialising in housing rental grew by 34% in 2020 to 953,000 euros, compared to 713,000 euros in 2019. The company, which has reported its results to BME Growth, explains that the economic-financial data that has been published corresponding to the financial year 2020 is provisional and has not been audited.
