Optimum III Value-Added Residential sold real estate assets last year worth close to 26.6 million euros, as reported by the Socimi to BME Growth on Friday.
Specifically, Optimum III divested 51 homes, 36 parking spaces and six storage rooms for more than 21.8 million euros. In addition, it sold two other properties for 4.75 million euros.
