Meridia is readjusting its portfolio of logistics assets. In this vein, the Socimi has completed the sale of a warehouse occupied by the German operator Dachser in Gelida (Barcelona), for 11.6 million euros, as reported by the company to the market on which it is listed, Euronext Paris. The transaction was carried out through the Meridia IV vehicle.
Meridia Capital acquired the warehouse at the end of 2020 for 7.8 million euros. A comprehensive renovation of the property before its return to the market increased its price by more than 3 million euros. The new owner has not been disclosed.
