Matritense, a Socimi specialising in the management of residential properties in the Spanish capital, made its debut on BME Growth on Tuesday with a market capitalisation of 20.3 million euros.
The Board of Directors of BME Growth approved the incorporation of Matritense, which meets the required requirements, after the committee in charge of coordinating the market and its incorporations gave the green light to the entity.
