The French Socimi Iroko Zen is investing in Spain again. On this occasion, it has acquired an office located in the financial centre of Madrid, according to Idealista News.
The asset is located on the ground floor and first floor of an office complex that is accessed from Calle Agustín Betancourt, parallel to Paseo de la Castellana, and was completely renovated last year.
