The Student Hotel -now The Social Hub- is continuing to invest in Spain. The promoter of student residences is opening its first university halls in the Spanish market, where it already plans to have seven to ten real estate assets within five to seven years, according to reports from Eje Prime.
The student residence platform owned by the funds APG, Aermont and GIC (recently incorporated) will open its new centres in Madrid and Barcelona in the coming weeks. It will then open another centre in San Sebastián next year, and has plans to expand further in cities such as Valencia and Sevilla going forward.
