The Sevillian firm Grupo GS has acquired a portfolio of residential land spanning 6,450 square metres in Sevilla and Cádiz for 12 million euros, according to ABC de Sevilla.
The acquired land spans a buildable surface area of 9,000 m2, on which about one hundred luxury homes will be built for an additional investment of 18 million euros.
