A total of 2,512 transactions had been recorded in Spain up to the month of November worth 99.8 billion euros in aggregate. With just a month to go before the end of the year, the real estate sector was the main protagonist with growth of 28% year-on-year, according to TTR’s monthly report, which is compiled in collaboration with Intralinks.
These figures represent an 8% decrease in the terms of the number of transactions compared to the same period in 2021, as well as a 9% decrease in mobilised capital. Specifically, during the month of November, there were 172 mergers and acquisitions, between announced and closed deals, worth an aggregate amount of approximately 4.7 billion euros.
