The purchase of the Icon office building, located in Majadahonda (Madrid), has been completed for 42 million euros, according to idealista / news, in a turnkey operation for the buyer. The property spans a surface area of 10,500 m2 and has been rented by the technological consultancy Vector ITC for its headquarters in Spain.
The online portal reports that an additional 2,500 square meters of offices may be built as an annex to the existing building. The keys to the property will be handed over to the buyer and tenant at the end of 2020. And, according to the same sources, the final sales contract between IBA Capital and Naropa will be signed soon.
