The Magister family office, which is made up of members of the Maestre Azcón family and which owns the Valencian electronic micro door entry firm Fermax, has acquired the Hotel Costamar in the Port of Javea, taking over 100% of the company, according to the newspaper Alicante Plaza.
The 14-room hotel, managed by the Bou Sart family, ceased its activity a year ago. By all accounts, the arrival of the pandemic resulted in viability problems, and so the original company changed owners, but the management remained in the hands of the family.
