Buying a home in Madrid represents a financial challenge for most of the Spanish capital’s inhabitants, especially for its young adults, and so many of them choose to rent.
Currently, the average rental price in Madrid stands at 14.7 euros per m2 per month, which represents a drop of 2.6% compared to a year ago. In quarterly terms, however, we see that prices have remained stable, according to data from the real estate big data platform Brains Real Estate.
