The property developer upProject is launching two new residential developments in the La Flota neighbourhood of Murcia, in which it is going to invest a total of 28 million euros. The developments will add almost 100 homes to this area in the north of the city, according to the newspaper Murcia Plaza.
The new Arrecife and Farallón developments will comprise 62 and 27 homes, respectively. The Arrecife residential complex, located on Avenida de la Marina Española, will be made up of duplexes with two to four bedrooms, plus a swimming pool, garden areas and a children’s playground.
