During the last quarter of 2022, work will begin on a total of 3,309 new homes in the Community of Madrid, distributed across 49 promotions, according to data from the real estate big data platform Brains Real Estate.

The municipalities that are going to be home to more than 100 new build units are: San Sebastián de los Reyes (708), Valdemoro (668), Las Rozas de Madrid (453), Madrid (256), Pozuelo de Alarcón (179), Rivas-Vaciamadrid (152), Navalcarnero (129), Colmenar Viejo (121), Boadilla del Monte (121) and Arganda del Rey (100).
