The story is the same regardless of whether you focus on the two jewels in the crown, namely the outskirts of Madrid and Barcelona, or you look beyond. Logistics real estate data remains strong in terms of occupancy rates and investment figures across the board.
That is the conclusion drawn by the real estate consultant BNP Paribas Real Estate in its latest investment report about the logistics market in Madrid, Cataluña and Valencia.
