The fund Oaktree has entrusted Morgan Stanley with the securitisation of assets linked to the real estate sector worth 740 million euros. Securitisations are issues through which a bank or company can finance itself in exchange for future rights to an asset.
This is the largest operation of its kind to have been launched in Spain in recent years, according to financial sources consulted by El Confidencial. The newspaper notes that the fund and the North American investment bank both declined to comment on the news.
