The French real estate investment company Elialys, which belongs to Advenis Real Estate Investment Management, has purchased the building in Valladolid where BBVA’s regional headquarters in Castilla y León is currently located from a private investor, according to the newspaper Eje Prime.
The property has been acquired for 19.5 million euros and comprises two independent buildings. The main one is the well-known Palacio de Ortiz Vega dating back to 1860; the other property is an annex that was built in the 1970s.
