The founders of the hotel group Tryp, namely, the Calero, Briones and Mazin families, are putting their hotel portfolio up for sale for 700 million euros, according to El Confidencial.
In total, the portfolio comprises 17 hotels, five of which are in Madrid, with the rest located in Marbella, A Coruña, Chiclana de la Frontera and Baqueira Beret. The properties in the Spanish capital are prime complexes, including the ME in Plaza de Santa Ana and two located on Gran Vía.
