The members of the Board of Directors of the Socimi Merlin Properties received a letter last week informing them that a lawsuit has been filed against the company amounting to 170 million euros.
Specifically, according to El Confidencial, the founders of the flexible work space company LOOM, the siblings Paula and José Manuel Almansa, have filed a lawsuit against Merlin for a possible breach of their non-competition clause and for an alleged manipulation of the company’s valuation.
