Planner Exhibitions has announced a new exhibition to reinforce its ecosystem of events for the real estate sector: the Real Estate Investor Fair, which will be held on 3 and 4 November at IFEMA Madrid. The Real Estate Investor Fair is aimed especially at savers and small investors, a group increasingly attracted to residential and non-residential assets due to the sustained profitability they offer over time.
«The Real Estate Investor Fair is the logical evolution of the Autumn edition of the Real Estate Fair (SIMA)», explains Eloy Bohúa, Director General of Planner Exhibitions. «In recent editions, we have seen progressive growth in the percentage of visitors describing themselves as ‘investors’. This circumstance, together with the proliferation of different investment modalities across the real estate sector, has convinced us to leverage the successful formula of the SIMA Autumn Fair by designing a new commercial channel that better responds to the needs of these investors and companies with specific products and services for them”.
