The company Mandapa Investments has completed the purchase of the residential building on Calle O’Donnell 5 for 25 million euros. The family of Emma Villacieros, the former president of the Royal Spanish Golf Federation, has sold the asset at a record price of 8,400 euros per square metre, according to El Confidencial.
The operation has been off-market and several brokers have been negotiating with multiple investors. Investors from Venezuela, Mexico, Colombia and Peru evaluated the purchase but ruled it out due to its high price.
