The Socimis Corpfin Capital Prime Retail II and Corpfin Capital Prime Retail III have completed the sale of the commercial premises on Calle Velázquez 68. The operation has been closed for 5 million euros.
The two Socimis have notified BME Growth that they have sold the company Corpfin Capital Prime Retail Assets Socimi, owner of the asset. The two Socimis held stakes of 60% and 40%, respectively, in that entity.
