Madrid Nuevo Norte, the largest Spanish urban development operation to date, is searching for capital to develop its endowment of public land. To this end, the Community of Madrid has opened an office to advertise to investors twelve plots of land where they may set up museums, innovation hubs, business schools and sports centres.
Together, these plots span an area of almost 170,000 square metres and form part of the total endowment of land (250,000 m2) originally awarded to the project – formerly known as Operation Chamartín. The twelve plots will be made available to investors through concessions or the transfer of surface rights, as reported by Expansión.
